Asseri foot warmer self-heating pads are activated by air – when removed from the packaging.

Instructions for use:
- Open the packaging.
- Remove the protective paper and attach the warmer to your socks.
- After use, throw it in the trash or pour the ingredients into plant pots.
Warnings:
